Physical & Occupational Therapy: We offer a comprehensive evaluation to assess your full musculoskeletal system for posture, strength, biomechanics, joint range of motion and pain patterns.

Neuromuscular Massage Therapy: Under the guidance of our physical therapists, a professionally trained massage therapist can be added to your recovery program to alleviate and prevent pain, discomfort, muscle spasms and stress.

Nutritional Supplements: We offer nutritional consultations, guidance on the usage of quality formulas, and diet education for various disorders.
Acupuncture & Classical Chinese Medicine: We can incorporate classical Chinese Medicine, including acupuncture and herbal formulas, into a response therapy program that focuses on the healthy balance of your system to increase wellness and freedom from pain.
Chinese Herbal Medicine: Herbal Medicine uses formulas specific to each individual, which are often changed as the individula progresses to health. The herbs at Wellness Traditions are safe and affordable.
Homeopathy: The Wisdom Traditions staff is educated beyond the normal scope of traditional medicine. Homepathy is a system of medicine and healing that stimulates the body to heal itself. It can be very effective in the care of acute illness in both children and adults.
Qi Gong: This comprehensive science is practiced to improve health, resist illness and increase longevity. It is a collection of mental and physical exercises and techniques for gathering, nurturing, focusing and directing Qi (pronounced chee).
Craniosacral: This gentle, noninvasive hands-on bodywork is an assessment tool plus corrective and preventative treatment. The therapist monitors craniosacral rhythms with her hands, seldom using more than 5 grams of pressure (the weight of a nickel).
